More classes are being added as soon as we get confirmation. Announcements will be made as soon as we get them. The complete Registration form will be available as soon as our instructors are lined up. If you would like to reserve your spot here is the Registration Form for the classes we have scheduled now. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader for these forms. It is a free download from Adobe.

For payment by credit card you may down load the credit card payment form or you may call the director at (580) 628-2025 Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Costs
Complete cost details are listed on the Registration Form. The cost for a five-day class for a member is $399 and $499 for a non-member.

If you are not a PPA or PPO member, you may download the PPO membership form here. If you would like to join PPA please download the PPA membership forms. They are in two pages. Part One; Part Two. If you are just joining PPA please send a copy to PPO School with your registration form.
